Ambassador Sun Guoxiang joined more than 300 distinguished guests at the Opening Reception and Ceremony where Liu Dawei, Xinle Ma and Xiaowen Qiu were honored with the Chinese Cultural Foundation's Special "Cultural Legacy Award" and "Cultural Excellence Award".
